Rwanda is small landlocked country, it borders on Uganda in the North, Tanzania in the East, Burundi in the south and DRC Congo in the west, Kigali is the Capital city of Rwanda, country is dominated by Hills and deep valleys therefore names country of thousand hills.

Rwanda is unfortunately remembered as the land of the Genocide against Tutsi which dominated world headlines in 1994, one can deny this, the country still remembers those atrocities and only time will heal.

Country Overview
Uganda with its an area of 236,580 square KM has roughly the size of great Britain, it is situated on the equator and lie on the elevated plateau which rises between the eastern and western braches of The Great Rift Valley. Most of the country is over 1000m in altitudes.
When it comes to more conventional game viewing Uganda may be not the safari destination to bear reputation with Tanzania or Kenya, However Uganda beauty, wildlife diversity and friendly people justify its reputation as “The pear of Africa” The habitats are immensely varied and it can be started without exaggeration that Uganda is one of the most biologically diverse Nations on the continent: primeval forest rain forest, snow-copper mountain ,savannah , crater lakes and volcanoes.
Uganda is home to the source of the Nile. It is also home to more than 1,000 species of birds, and there are more species of primates. It is in Uganda that the greatest percentage of Mountain Gorilla (gorilla gorilla beringei) and chimpanzees remain, with many other mammal species representative in both East, Uganda gives you more than an ordinary safari! The southwest is the most interesting part of Uganda with the largest number of National Parks and Wildlife Reserves. It is part of the Albertine Rift (Western Rift Valley) and is one of the most important locations in East-Africa for the conservation of mammals, birds, and freshwater fish in Africa. This region, running from the northern end of Lake Albert to the southern end of Lake Tanganyika, and encompassing the land on either side of the western rift valley (Congo, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi and Tanzania) is home to many species that occur only here.
Approximately 480 mountain gorillas live in the Virunga complex and reside on the altitude range of 2,300 to 4,500 meters in the southern area of Virunga National Park (in the DRC), as well as the Volcanoes National Park in Rwanda, and some in Uganda’s Mgahinga National Park.
Kenya is one of the most popular African countries, for its beautiful game reserves.

Tanzania is home to some of Africa’s most famous national parks and the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro rising above the Serengeti. Most visitors will find themselves passing through Dar es Salaam and heading out on safaris and various wildlife viewing adventures.
